ABOUT ME….

Hey hey, my name is Jayde. I have been in and around the health and fitness industry my whole life having personal experience in regional sports, long distance running, pregnancy and post-natal recovery.

After having my second child and navigating my way through post partum and the road to recovery, I decided it was time to pursue my dream of making health and fitness my career and helping others succeed in their fitness journeys the way I had been supported and guided through mine.

I am a passionate fitness professional specializing in woman’s fitness, pregnancy, post-natal and menopausal fitness. I strive to create a happy, fun and safe environment for every woman to be able to come and train be supported and feel empowered.
